On Tuesday, 05-30-2017, at approximately 1530 hours, Deputies were dispatched to Sierra View District Hospital, Porterville, in regards to an assault and a strong armed robbery that occurred in the town of Terra Bella. The victim was attacked while exiting his residence located on the 23700 block of Avenue 95. The suspects used a baseball bat and fist to physically assault the victim, taking his wallet and cell phone.

The suspects finished their assault on the victim and fled on foot, in an unknown direction.  The victim later self-transported himself to SVDH, where he was treated for his injuries and contacted the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office.

Total loss was approximately $800.
