Narrative:

On 01/26/2018 at approximately 1444 Hours, Deputies responded to the area of Avenue 144 and Road 192 in Poplar regarding a robbery that had just occurred.  Upon investigation, Deputies learned Christian Harrison was in possession of a knife and had forcefully taken the victims cell phone from his pocket.  When Deputies attempted to contact Harrison, he fled on foot to avoid being arrested.

This case is currently being investigated by the Tulare County Sheriff’s Department.
