On Friday, April 19, 2019, Deputies in Orosi were dispatched to a residence for a disturbance in progress where a subject was armed with a hammer. Deputies arrived and detained an initial subject. During the investigation suspected narcotics were located. Andres Ramirez and Priscilla Martinez were detained for further investigation.

Detectives with the Tulare County Sheriff’s Department TAGNET (Tulare Area Gang & Narcotic Enforcement Team) were called to respond.

Through the course of further investigation TAGNET Detectives obtained a search warrant for the residence. TAGNET Detectives learned Ramirez and Martinez were in possession of narcotics for sale and a firearm.

Both suspects were transported and booked at the Adult Pre-Trial Facility.
