Narrative:

On 02/16/16 at approximately 1051 hours, Deputies from the Tulare County Sheriff’s Pixley Substation responded to the 200 block of West Terra Bella Avenue in Pixley regarding a misdemeanor vandalism to a motel room.  During the investigation, Deputies learned that the suspect in the vandalism, Charles John Watson, was a registered sex offender who had failed to register with the Sheriff’s Office since he’d been staying at the motel for approximately two weeks.  At the time of the vandalism, Watson had left the area.

Through additional investigation, Pixley Substation Patrol Deputies located Watson in Tulare on 02/17/16 and arrested him for failing to comply with sex offender registration requirements.  Watson was transported and booked into the Tulare County Sheriff’s Adult Pre-Trial Facility.
