Sheriff Mike Boudreaux is proud to announce the promotion of Scott Logue to Assistant Sheriff, Tom Sigley to Captain, and Joseph Campos to Lieutenant.

Assistant Sheriff Logue began his career with the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office in August 1986 after graduating from the Tulare/Kings POST Basic Academy. His first assignment was in the Detentions Division. He was promoted to Sergeant in 1997, Lieutenant in 2003 and Captain in 2013. During his tenure with the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office he has worked detentions, patrol and investigations.

He was born in Los Angeles, California and raised in June Lake, California. He graduated from Butte Community College and is a 2012 graduate of the Los Angeles Police Department Leadership Academy.  He is supported by his fiancé Darlene and daughter Whitney.

Captain Sigley has been in law enforcement for 21 years, the last 17 with the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office. He began his career with the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office in November 1998 after graduating from the Tulare/Kings POST Basic Academy in 1997. His first assignment was the Main Jail. He was promoted to Sergeant in 2003 and Lieutenant in 2007. During his tenure with the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office he has worked detentions, patrol and investigations. In 2007, he was awarded officer of the year.

He was born in Tucson, Arizona, and raised in Benson, Arizona. He is a graduate of the Union Institute and University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice. He is a 2011 graduate of the Los Angeles Police Department's Westpoint Leadership Academy and he is a 2012 graduate of the POST Command College. Captain Sigley will graduate in July from Arizona State University with a Master’s Degree in Emergency Management.  Captain Sigley is supported by his wife of 23 years Terri Sigley, his two daughters Courtney and Carley.

Lieutenant Campos began his career with the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office in 1987 as a Sheriff’s Trainee. After graduating from the 63rd Tulare /Kings POST Basic Academy in 1987, he was promoted to Deputy I. His first assignment was in detentions at the Return to Custody (RTC) facility.

His assignments have included Detentions, STEP, NARCS, Gang Unit, Ag Unit, and Patrol. In 2005 he was promoted to Sergeant and most recently assigned to the Ag Unit.  Lieutenant Campos has a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from California State University, Sacramento.  Lieutenant Campos would like to thank his family for their support throughout his career.

A ceremony will take place on Tuesday May 26th at 9:30 in the morning, at the Tulare County Board of Supervisor's Chambers, located at 2800 W. Burrel Avenue.
