On 02-08-2014 at approximately 1500 hours, Deputies with the Tulare County Sheriff’s Department were dispatched to a residence in the community of Terra Bella regarding a missing person adult.  Upon arrival, Deputies learned missing adult was considered “AT RISK” and was last seen on 02/07/2014 at 2100 hours. Synonethai suffers from a medical condition and needs his medication.  
 
He was last seen wearing a long red sleeved shirt. He also has the word “LAOS” tattooed on his right forearm. He is possibly in the Porterville-Terra Bella area.
