Please join Sheriff Mike Boudreaux Thursday, Dec, 2, 2019, for the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office and Tulare County Fire Department annual Open House.
This is a great community event which attracts more than 500 people to the Headquarters for both departments at 833 S. Akers St., in Visalia. It begins with an opening ceremony at 9 a.m., followed by Sheriff and Fire information booths and demonstrations, and refreshments.

During the opening ceremony, Sheriff Boudreaux and the Tulare County Sheriff’s Foundation will present a check to the Kaweah Delta Health Care District from money raised during the TCSO Pink Patch sales. These funds will support breast cancer patients who are uninsured or underinsured with additional diagnostic tools such as mammograms or follow-up ultrasounds, and comfort items after surgery and during chemotherapy and radiation treatments.
Also, Sheriff Mike Boudreaux will give away two dozen bicycles to designated PAL kids thanks to generous donations from businesses and community members. These boys are girls were chosen to receive a bicycle at the Open House because they are trying their best to get good grades, stay out of trouble and be good role models.
