Victim #2: Rafael Garcia, 30yrs, 100 block of 8^th St Orange Cove CA.

On Saturday, March 5, 2016, Deputies responded to the City of Orange Cove in regards to a possible shooting at an occupied vehicle, which had occurred in the Sultana area. Deputies arrived and contacted the victims who stated they had been shot at several times by suspects who were driving a white compact vehicle.  The suspects then fled the area and the victims responded to their residence in the city of Orange Cove.
