Suspect 1: Josh Vieira, an adult from Tulare, was arrested and book at the Adult Pre-Trial Facility for shooting at an inhabited dwelling, criminal threats and felony evading.

On 2/02/17 at approximately 1435 hours, Deputies from the Visalia Headquarters Division, were dispatched to a subject armed with a gun on the 18800 block on Road 128 in unincorporated Tulare. On arrival, Deputies located the suspect who fled from his residence on an ATV. While on scene, Deputies located spent shell casings and firearms which were seized.

The suspect was later found on his ATV and fled from Deputies. With the assistance from the California Highway Patrol Air Division, the suspect was located and apprehended without further incident. Suspect Vieira was booked at the Adult Pre-Trial Facility on numerous felony charges.
