On 6/17/2018, Deputies responded to the 200 block of East Spencer Avenue, in Pixley, regarding a house being shot at overnight. Deputies learned the occupants of the residence heard several gunshots at approximately 0330 hours. When they woke up at 0600 hours, residents saw that their house had been struck multiple times by gunfire.

Deputies located empty shell casings at the scene. None of the residents sustained any injuries during the shooting. This case is being actively investigated.
