Straight Outta Visalia & Straight Into Jail: Ivanhoe "Prowler" Caught with Homemade Mace & Ammo

    
TCSO Deputies have been called to several homes in Ivanhoe over that past several nights for a report of a prowler. Deputies ultimately found and arrested Alberto Lopez who was identified by witnesses, victims, and surveillance cameras from previous incidents.  

When Deputies caught up with Lopez, he was found with a homemade mace weapon and ammunition. Lopez is also a felon on probation and had an active warrant for prowling and bringing contraband into a jail facility. He was arrested and booked for Prowling, Felon in possession of ammunition and Possession of a prohibited weapon.
