On 9/14/19, TCSO Detectives were contacted by the San Diego Sheriff’s Office about a suspect that had an outstanding felony warrant for Possession of a controlled substance to sell and Sale or Transportation of a controlled substance.

Detectives conducted surveillance and arrested the suspect, Jonathan Rodriguez-Guzman, of Visalia. He was booked into custody at the adult pre-trial facility, where he will be awaiting extradition to San Diego County.
