On 4/22/16, Deputies from the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office responded to the 11700 Avenue 261, in Tulare, regarding a theft.  The victim reported a debit card was activated, under her name, and fraudulently used to charge $989.55 in the Visalia area. The fraudulent charges occurred between dates 3/31/16 and 4/4/16. The victim identified the suspect as Edmond Sebra of Visalia. 

Edmond Sebra has (3) active warrants, from previous incidents, and was not contacted. Deputies are still conducting an investigation.
