On 06/14/2017 at approximately 1630 hours, Deputies from the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office responded to the 700 block of North Stanford in regards to a report of threats. At approximately 1630 hours, Marcos Gonzalez called the victim stating he was going to kill him and his family. A short time later Marcos arrived to the residence and engaged in a verbal argument.
