On 12-7-18, Detectives from the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office Investigations Unit responded to the Area of Ave 24 and Rd 128 Earlimart, regarding a reported strong arm robbery.  Detectives learned after the investigation that two Hispanic men and one Caucasian woman robbed the victim at knife point, after helping the victim with his broken down vehicle.
