On 01-20-14 at approximately 0650 hours, deputies responded to the 1500 block of South Main Street, Porterville in regards to suspicious vehicle. Upon contacting the victim, he stated one male juvenile, and two adults had entered his orange grove and were trespassing. The victim blocked the suspects vehicle and made them wait until deputies arrived.

The three male suspects, were arrested for trespassing, possession of Marijuana, possession of metal knuckles, possession of burglary tools a conspiracy. The adult males were booked at the Porterville Substation and the Juvenile was booked at JDF.

 Taken into custody were:

Male Juvenile 17 yrs of age
Hicks, Casey 18 yrs of age

Olmos, Richard 19 yrs of age

PC 466 Possession of burglary tools
PC 12020 Possession of metal knuckles

PC 182 Conspiracy

HS 11357(b) Possession of Marijuana less than an ounce
