On Nov. 3-4, Detectives with the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office TAGNET (Tulare Area Gang and Narcotic Enforcement Team), along with Tulare County Probation, California Department of Corrections & Rehabilitation, California Highway Patrol, TARGET (Tulare Area Regional Gang Enforcement Team), Porterville Police Department, Dinuba Police Department, and Exeter Police Department conducted a 2-day Probation & Parole Compliance check detail throughout Tulare County.

As a result, 53 locations were searched, 15 arrests were made, 13 warrants were served, and 4 parole holds were issued. 2 firearms, narcotics for sales, and heavy body armor were also seized as evidence.

 

The following subjects were arrested and booked into the Tulare County Jail on the following charges;

 

Darryl Kedrowski, 44 years old, Plainview

1-Felony Warrant, 1-Misdemeanor Warrant

 Fresh charge - HS 4573.6 (Taking a controlled substance into a jail facility)

 

Brandee Radford, 32 years old, Plainview

Gabriel Sanchez, 24 years old, Porterville

1 Felony Warrant

Kimberly Poyner, 42 years old, Porterville

1-Misdemeanor Warrant

 

Victor Tinoco, 29 years old, Earlimart

1-Felony Warrant

Arnoldo Sanchez, 39 years old, Earlimart

1-Felony Warrant

 

Daniel Dominguez, 18 years old, Seville

1-no bail warrant

 

Dennis Carter, 29 years old, Farmersville

Fresh charge – HS 11377 (Possession of methamphetamine)

 

Florentino Sanchez, 24 years old, Dinuba

Fresh charge: PC 31360(a) (Felon in possession of body armor), PC 3056 (Violation of parole)
