Two Month Sexual Assault Investigation Leads Detectives To The Arrest Of A 34 Year old Man From Ducor

Suspect: Zaid Rubai 34 year old, resident of Ducor

 

On April 17, 2019, Detectives with the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office concluded a two month investigation into an alleged sexual assault that occurred in Tulare County. Detectives identified the suspect as 34 year old Zaid Rubai of Ducor. 

Rubai was taken into custody today at the Tulare County Superior Court in Porterville. Rubai, who was out on bail, was scheduled to appear in court on a separate rape case when he was taken into custody. Rubai was later booked at the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office Adult Pre-Trial Facility.
