SUSPECTS:

Jennifer Ruvalcaba, 31 years of age (459 P.C. warrant)

Juan Oseguera 31 years of age (HS 11550)

Luis Ortiz 59 years of age, (HS 11377, HS 11364, HS 11550)

Tyler Rogers 25 years of age, (PC 3056, HS 11550)

Andrew Brown 30 years of age, (HS 11377, HS 11364, PC 273a, HS 11550)

Over the past two weeks, Detectives with the Tulare County Sheriff’s Department TAGNET (Tulare Area Gang & Narcotic Enforcement Team) MAJORS, Narcotics Unit were investigating a tip of narcotics sales occurring in the Exeter area.  

Through follow-up investigation, Detectives obtained a search warrant for a residence in the 200 blk of Peach Drive, Exeter. During the execution of the search warrant, methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia were located and seized.  Suspect Rogers was found to be a convicted felon and was arrested for violation of Parole and Under the influence of a controlled substance.  Ruvalcaba was arrested on an active arrest warrant, Oseguera was arrested for under the influence of a controlled substance, Ortiz was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and under the influence of a controlled substance and Brown was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, under the influence of a controlled substance and child endangerment.  All subjects were arrested and transported to the Tulare County Adult PreTrial Facility on the above charges.
