    On 08/03/16 at 0750, Investigators from the Tulare County Sheriff’s Gang Violence Suppression Unit went to a residence in the 2700 block of North Giddings, Visalia, to conduct a probation compliance check. The investigators were also following up on a lead in regards to a shooting at an inhabited dwelling investigation that occurred on 05/22/16 in the 12400 block of Avenue 326 (TCSO Case # 16-6493). The residence is a known hangout for northern gang members and their associates.
    The listed suspects were contacted at the residence during the compliance check and found to be exhibiting signs and symptoms of being under the influence of controlled substances and arrested without incident. All the suspects were booked at the Adult Pre-Trial Facility.
    The theft of utilities (electricity/ 498 (b)(1) PC) was discovered during the compliance check and is still being investigated. The residence had several building code violations as well and the residence was deemed unsafe to occupy by the City of Visalia Code Enforcement division. 
        
The case is currently under investigation by the Tulare County Sheriff’s Gang Violence Suppression Unit and no other information is being released at this time.
