On 5-20-14 Deputies from Tulare County Sheriff’s Department were dispatched to a 911 hang-up in the 15000 block of Magnolia in Porterville. 

Deputies contacted Andre Garcia at the residence. Further investigation revealed Garcia was cultivating Opium Poppy plants. He was arrested without incident and booked into Tulare County Jail for 11350 H&S.
