Deputies were dispatched to the above location regarding an assault.  During the investigation it was discovered the victim, Alfredo Valle, was assaulted with a metal stool and metal mop handle by his brother, Emmanuel Valle, who fled the location on foot. 

Update: 

On 01-30-2016, Deputies located Emmanuel Valle and arrested him per 245 PC.  Emmanuel was booked at the Porterville Substation.
