Suspects: David Guevara, adult from Goshen, was arrested and booked at the Adult Pre-Trial Facility for attempted murder and gang enhancement.

On Feb. 2, 2018 Detectives with TAGNET served a search warrant in Goshen related to the investigation. As a result, David Guevara was taken into custody without incident. He was booked for the above charges.

On Jan. 10, 2018 at approximately 1600 hours, Deputies responded to the area of Camp and Wills, in Goshen, regarding a gunshot wound victim. Deputies arrived and located a Hispanic male in the front yard of a nearby residence, who sustained multiple gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to a local hospital where he was reported in stable condition with non life threatening injuries.

Detectives with the Tulare Area Gang & Narcotic Enforcement Team (TAGNET), arrived and took over the investigation. Numerous witnesses were contacted and the investigation is ongoing.
