On 9-22-2016, an autopsy was conducted on the victim and the cause of death was determined to be from a single gunshot wound to the upper torso. Motive has not yet been determined.

On 09/20/2016 at approximately 0909 hours, Tulare County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to Road 160 and Avenue 320, in Ivanhoe, regarding a male subject seated in a vehicle who was unresponsive.

Upon arrival, Deputies located the vehicle on the shoulder of the roadway with a subject seated in the driver seat. The subject was unresponsive and showed no signs of life. 

Violent Crimes Unit detectives responded and assumed the investigation.. An autopsy will be performed to determine the cause of death.
