Victim – Jose Guadalupe Zavala-Andrade 34 years

Suspect – Ulises Moreno 41 years – NOT IN CUSTODY

On 3-23-15 Violent Crimes Detectives were able to identify the above victim. During the investigation Detectives were able to identify the suspect which led to the service of a search warrant in the 14500 block of Rd. 191, Poplar. During the search warrant service additional evidence was located linking the suspect to the crime.

On 3-23-15 at 0540 hrs. Deputies were dispatched to the 14600 block of Kilroy, Poplar regarding an unresponsive male adult.

Upon arrival Deputies located the victim deceased outside of a residence with obvious signs of trauma.

Violent Crime Detectives were called to the scene who took over the investigation and are following up on several leads.
