On 01-20-2015, an autopsy was performed on Hipolito Medrano Fernandez at the Tulare County Coroner’s Office. The cause of death was determined to be from multiple gunshot wounds.

Narrative:

On the above date and time Sheriff’s Deputies were dispatched to a residence in Terra Bella for a shooting incident.  On arrival deputies located to victim, each of whom suffered from multiple gunshot wounds.  One victim was deceased at the scene and the second victim was transported to an area hospital and listed in critical condition.  At this time no suspects have been identified and a motive has not been established.
