The Tulare County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a report of a missing at-risk juvenile.

Gabriel Sabin, 14, was last seen in the area of the 1200 block of North Anderson Road, in Exeter just before 11 a.m. Sunday. He is at risk due to medical issues.

Sabin is approximately 5-foot, 6-inches tall, weighs 157 pounds and has brown hair and green eyes. He was last seen wearing gray shorts, white shirt, black shoes, and carrying a gray sweater.
