UPDATE: Missing at risk teen located

UPDATE: Delaney Silveira has been located and was returned to her family unharmed. Sheriff Boudreaux would like to thank everyone for sharing her information and reporting tips regarding her whereabouts. Detectives followed up on all the leads from members of the community. Sheriff Mike Boudreaux requests the public’s assistance in locating a missing at-risk teen from Tulare.


The teen, Delaney Silveira, 17, left home on March 23 and her family hasn’t heard from her since March 24. Delaney, who normally is very active on social media, has not been active on social media since March 24.


She has been reported missing on other occasions and was recently located in Hollywood in Southern California. She has also been known to travel to the Northern California area.


The Tulare County Sheriff’s detectives believe that Delaney is an at-risk juvenile and would appreciate the public’s help in locating her.
