On 3/3/16 Tulare County Sheriff’s Department Deputies contacted a male subject at his residence as part of the investigation. The subject was found to be in possession of stolen property from the Victim’s property. The subject was subsequently placed under arrest and booked at Tulare County’s Pre-Trial Facility for the above listed charges. 

Suspect #1: Romo, Carlos 44 year old male Goshen resident.

On 3/2/16 Tulare County Sheriff’s Department Deputies responded to Premier Trailers in the city of Goshen regarding vandalism to property and the theft of miscellaneous items. The total loss/damage is $7,383.
