UPDATE: TCSO Detectives tracked down the tractor in the Seville area. It has been returned to its owner!
On February 19, 2019, Deputies from the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office were called to an equipment yard in area of Rd 172 and Ave 384 in Visalia, regarding a stolen Massey Ferguson tractor and a burglary to a shop.
When they arrived, Deputies contacted the property owner and he said around 3 p.m. of that same day, he noticed the storage container was broken-into and various tools and herbicides were stolen. He also noticed his Massey Ferguson 2680 tractor was missing. The victim estimated the total loss to be approximately $27,360.00. Deputies photographed and processed the scene, some evidence was found and later collected.
