URGENT: Emergency Responders Searching for Missing 72-Year-Old Man in Sequoia National Forest.

Thomas Jackman, of Sun Valley, was last seen on June 13th near the Woodpecker Trail off of Sherman Pass Road in the Domeland Wilderness area.

Mr. Jackman hurt his knee. His hiking partner told Mr. Jackman to stay put and left to get help. When he returned, Mr. Jackman was not there.

Search and Rescue teams from multiple agencies, including the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office, have been searching for Mr. Jackman both in the air and on the ground.

He is described as 6’1”, 187 pounds with Gray Hair and Brown Eyes. He was last seen with a red backpack, wearing a blue and gray shirt and hiking boots.
