On 3/17/19 around midnight, Deputies with the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office were called to a home in Poplar regarding a missing person. When they arrived, Deputies learned that 76-year-old Leandro Meza was considered “AT RISK” and was last seen around 4 p.m. on 3/17/19.

Meza suffers from Dementia and has a history of wandering away confused.    

He was last seen in the 14600 block of Road 191 in Poplar, wearing a blue button-up shirt with white dots, a black and gray sweatshirt, gray pants and a brown hat. He’s described as 5’06”, 150 pounds, Brown eyes and balding.
