On 03/7/2016 at approximately 1700 hours, Deputies from the Sheriff's Porterville Substation were contacted by the victim in regards to a vandalism to his vehicle. The victim stated on 3-7-16 sometime between the hours of 1200 and 1600 hours his vehicle was vandalized, causing substantial damage.
