Narrative:

On 01/22/2017 at approximately 1435 hours, deputies from the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office responded to the 21100 block of Road 236 in regards to a vandalism report. Sometime on 01/22/17 between 0800 hours and 1350 hours, unknown suspect(s) spray painted gang related signs on this residence.
