On 11/21/16 at approximately 2340 hours, Deputies from the Pixley Substation responded to 15000 block of Avenue 44, Earlimart, regarding damage to a vehicle.  During the investigation, it was determined the suspect forcibly entered the victims vehicle and stole personal paperwork of the victims.  Evidence was collected at the scene and the case is being actively investigated.

Suspect: Susana Avina, 22 years old.
