Narrative:

Suspect: Rodolfo Rangel. 

Deputies Conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a vehicle violation in the 12800 block of Ella Avenue in Orosi. During the traffic stop Deputies searched the vehicle and located a loaded firearm. The vehicle was also found to have false registration stickers.
