On 06/19/17, at approximately 2135 hours, deputies contacted a male pacing back and forth on Avenue 196. He was pacing near a white Ford F-150 that was parked on the south side of Avenue 196, just east of Highway 65 in Strathmore. 

Deputies conducted a license plate check of the vehicle and dispatch indicated that the vehicle was reported stolen out of Visalia. The suspect was arrested and later booked into the Porterville Substation Holding Facility for VC 10851, PC 496 (d), and H&S 11364.
