            On 06/10/16 at approximately 1850 hours, Investigators from the Sheriff’s Gang Violence Suppression Unit saw a gathering of known Northern Gang members in the 12500 block of Avenue 416. Two of the Gang  members where known to have been served with the Cutler-Orosi Gang Injunction. These northern gang members were congregating with other gang members within the safety zone established by the gang injunction.

            Enrique Ramirez and the Male Juvenile were contacted and taken into custody without incident for violation of a court order, for the Civil Gang Injunction violation. Ramirez was transported and booked at the APTF and the Juvenile was transported and booked at the Juvenile Detention facility.

The other known Northern Gang members were served with the gang injunction.

The case is currently under investigation by the Tulare County Sheriff’s Gang Violence Suppression Unit and no other information is being released at this time.
