On 5-23-17, the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office County Apprehension Team Tracking Criminals in Hiding (CATTCH) developed information that a subject on the Sheriff’s Top 10 Most Wanted Criminals in Hiding was in the 2100 block of West Lark Avenue, Visalia.
The fugitive, Bridgett Morel, was wanted on several active arrests warrants. CATTCH detectives coordinated with officers from the Visalia Police Department and subsequently took Morel into custody without incident.
Another subject was with Morel who has four active warrants for his arrest. The subject, Jason Cross, attempted to flee the area on foot but was captured after a short foot chase.
Both Morel and Cross were booked into the Adult Pre-Trial Facility.
