On 07/25/15 at approximately 0810 hours Deputies from the Pixley Substation responded to the 1200 block of East Franklin Avenue, Earlimart regarding a warrant service.  During a search of the residence it was determined the suspect was hiding in the attic.  Deputies from the Porterville Substation arrived to assist.  The suspect was found hiding in an attic crawl space.  The suspect was taken into custody for three felony and two misdemeanor warrants and PC 148 (resisting arrest).  Several other subjects at the residence were taken into custody for providing false information regarding the suspect hiding in the attic. 

Suspects:

Adrian Garcia, 20 years old, three felony and two misdemeanor warrants and PC 148 

Hispanic juvenile, 17 years old, PC 32

Pedro Garcia, 34 years old, two misdemeanor warrants and PC 32

Francisco Ortega, 30 years old, PC 148
