Warrant Service

On 01-21-17, the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office County Apprehension Team Tracking Criminals in Hiding (CATTCH) developed information that a subject on the Sheriff’s Top 10 Most Wanted list, Jesse Plass, was currently in the Visalia area.  Plass was wanted on several felony warrants for domestic violence and drug related charges. CATTCH detectives provided the information on an area watch list. 

Officers from the Visalia Police Department contacted Plass on an unrelated call and learned of his warrants. Plass was taken into custody without incident and booked at the Adult Pre-Trial Facility.
