Around 7 this morning, Detectives with the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office C.A.T.T.C.H. Team received information regarding 40-year-old Joseph Ficher.

Ficher had a $2 million bail arrest warrant for two counts of homicide by the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department.

With the information received, Detectives responded to the 2700 block of Eshom Creek in the City of Tulare.

Detectives found and arrested Ficher without incident.

Ficher was arrested for the homicide warrant and booked at the South County Detention Facility.
