On 06/26/2014 at 0028 TCSO Deputies from the Orosi Substation were dispatched to a residence in Cutler regarding a home invasion in progress call. Deputies arrived on scene and contacted the victims. The victims identified the suspect as Andres Barros, a neighbor who lived across the street. Barros was arrested with out incident. Barros was booked into Tulare County Jail.
