On 01-18-19, at approximately 1330 hrs, Deputies from the Porterville Substation were dispatched to the 22100 block of Ave 88 in Terra Bella for a report of a stolen tractor.  Upon their arrival, the victim described the tractor as a yellow, Caterpillar IT28G Wheel Loader with a rake, worth approximately $100,000.00.  The unknown suspects, stole the wheel loader between the dates of 01-16-19 and 01-18-19.
