On April 25 2018, the Tulare County Sheriff’s Department Crimes Against Children Unit concluded a two month investigation in regards to a child molestation case which occurred in the Dinuba Area. During the investigation, Detectives identified the suspect as Frank Gonzalez, 36 year old male, resident of Orosi. The suspect in this case befriended a 12 year old male juvenile on social media and shortly after the molestation began. Investigators executed a warrant at the suspect’s residence and collected additional items of evidence. The suspect was arrested and booked at the Tulare County Adult Pre-Trial Facility on charges of lewd acts upon a child.
