On Friday,  May 09, 2014 at approx 1358 hours, deputies responded to an interrupted burglary in the 40700 block of Crystal in Three Rivers. Upon arrival, deputies discovered the suspect was known by the victim. Deputies responded and contacted Richard Northcott where he was questioned and arrested for suspicion of burglary.  Northcott was transported and booked into the Main Jail.   This case is still under investigation by TCSO any one with information please contact The Tulare County Sheriff's Department at 559-733-6218
