On 1-22-18 at 1503 hours, Deputies were dispatched to the area of 15300 Avenue 264, Visalia, for a report of an armed robbery. 

Upon arrival, Detectives contacted the victim who said he was approached by three suspects who contacted him in a pistachio field. The suspects demanded he give them his wallet and fired one shot into the ground as the victim reluctantly complied. 

The victim gave them the wallet and estimated his total loss at approximately $2,500. The suspects fled the area in a red or maroon sedan. No injuries were reported during the incident.  

Detectives responded to the scene and assumed the investigation.
