On 07-11 and 7-12-14 Detectives from the Sheriff’s Gang Violence Suppression Unit were in the Dinuba, Cutler and Orosi areas conducting continuing efforts to curb gang violence in the northern portion of Tulare County. During this time three subjects were arrested in unrelated incidents.

Arrested were:

1)Jose Cisneros (19 yrs old from New London area).  Cisneros was the passenger in a vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. Cisneros fled from the vehicle on foot and was apprehended a short distance later after struggling with Detectives.  Cisneros was found to be in possession of a loaded handgun that was stolen during a recent burglary in the Dinuba area. 

2)Tyler Minnehan(31 yrs. old from Dinuba) Arrested for possession of a controlled substance.

3) Ricardo Trevino (28 yrs. old from Sultana) Arrested for possession of a controlled substance.
