On 01/17/18 Violent Crimes detectives served a search warrant in the city of Dinuba after a three month investigation in this case, which led to identifying one of the suspects.  Eufracio “Jason” Ortiz 21 years of age was arrested and booked into custody for attempted homicide with bail set at $500,000.00.  A second suspect is still outstanding.

On 10/4/17 1912 hours the Tulare County Sheriff’s Department responded to the Sultana Market in the area of Rd 104 and Ave 416 for a report of a gunshot victim in the parking lot.  Upon arrival, deputies located an adult male suffering from gunshot wounds and he was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
