SUSPECTS:

On May 22 at 1412 hours, Detectives with the Tulare County Sheriff’s TAGNET (Tulare Area Gang & Narcotics Enforcement Team) were conducting gang suppression in the town of Pixley. While in the area of Joanne and Maple streets, Detectives conducted a suspicious vehicle check on a Honda sedan parked in a driveway.

Two subjects fled from the vehicle and it was discovered to be a reported stolen vehicle from Delano. 

Assisting patrol Deputies responded to the area and located the two subjects who fled. Both subjects were documented gang members and were taken into custody without incident. During a search of the vehicle, Detectives also located an assault rifle concealed in the front.
